I have a short list which I will continue to explore.

CZJ Biometar 120mm f2.8
Isco-Göttingen Tele-Westanar 135 mm 3.5
Piesker Picon 135mm f3.5
Sankyo Kohki Komura 135mm f2.8
35KP-1.8/140mm Russian projector lens

The search continues and I will investigate these first

The Piesker Picon 135mm f3.5 I have is not a sharp lens but with decent contrast.

Tom, I forgot all about a couple of M39 135s I have, a Canon and a Komura, they are both lower contrast, especially the Komura.

On my old NEX-3, Canon is first, Komura is second, an MC Sonnar 3.5/135 is third.

If the Komura is the sort of thing you're after, drop me a message, I really don't need so many 135s and would be happy to part with it.

That is interesting Calvin - mine is the opposite.
Thank you Ian for your kind offer.
I have, or have access to, the lenses on my list so I will not need to acquire any, but I do appreciate your thoughts
