I just feel better with medium format, and I like the way
the transparencies scan, as all I have is the flatbed. The flatbed
is only "adequate" for 35mm, compared to "good" for medium
format.
The "problem" with Velvia is that I'm already shooting a subject
here that is naturally "over-saturated", so the Velvia can turn these
bright greens into something almost garish. I did manipulate this
image, by decreasing the saturation in Photoshop Elements by
