Way cool! Also very pretty! Maybe when I retire I might have time for this sort of thing, I already have too many irons in the fire. (Drives my wife crazy)

Very interesting!
How have you simulated the bee vision? You did it digitally or have you used a special combination of filters?
It would be interesting to see an image simulating the resolution and the angle of view of the bee eye, too.

Thanks Dan! This was done using a special proprietary filtering technique I have developed over the years. I started taking multiple pictures (UV, Blue, Green, Red) and then digitally combine them. There are sites which have done the simulation of angle and resolution (which is rather low further away, gets better when coming closer btw.) but for my work I have only concentrated on the different wavelengths (compared to us) they see.
