Big store with lots of new equipment. Reputedly also has a small 2nd hand department but I did not find it. Not the best prices in town but they had almost anything you need in stock, the rest was 1-2 days delivery.

Very good overall, although 2nd hand items were not as competitively priced as the Yaotomi shops. I was not sure if negotiating price was rude so I decided not to try negotiate prices

I think a total of three exist in Osaka (I found two). It took me 2 hours just to go through the Nikon stuff, very good sortiment, well organized and maintained.

In this area (reputedly) there are dozens of small shops selling camera equipment new and 2nd hand but I never found the right spot (they're all neighbours I hear).

You could always email and ask Camera Ohbayashi in Osaka, Japan if they ship abroad. They seem to have plenty for sale (Google translate helps with the page...). If not, catch a flight to Japan and scout the 2nd hand camera stores.
