Promura 135mm f3.5

Very interesting lens it has a minimum focus distance of 3.5m!
It has no rear element, you can touch the aperture blades from the bottom
It looks like extension tubes . Not a bad lens
Here is the lens with 2 tubes attached and A7r, macro shots at f8 heavily cropped

Surprisingly good. I have had only one truly bad 135mm lens. iIt was a Bittco Super Vemar that I gambled 30 USD on as I liked the zebra livery . It may be a bad copy or one someone has reassmbled incorrectly, but I could not get anything resembling a sharp image. Even the Focal 135mm 2.8 (likely made by tomioka) was pretty darn good. None resembled the lens you are displaying though.
