Does anyone know how old this is or who made it. Can't find much info from google, someone has kind of a similar lens but with T-mount. This has M42-1 but the mount is attached with three little screws. Other info was it could be soligor, sun, sigma or vivitar produced. It would help even if someone knew what brand the "Polaris" was.



Not thinking of the collectible or professional use value but thinking of using it with my "tourist" camera (shown in the photo). Kind of a funny thing and fully working - will post some test photos later, when the sun comes up (maybe next month?).

But if it is worth more that 500 [some currency] then I'll think again .. Shocked
