I was very pleasantly surprised by this lens today!

Turns out the color rendition is great, and sharpness is not bad either! I expected rather poor quality from what seems like a cheap zoom, but at f8, it's really good!

I think I'll use this one more when I'm shooting color from now on Smile

I'll post some street shots with this lens later

Yes, very nice.
Sometimes zoom lenses are able to surprise!

I've had that with my Sigma 28-85 and my Soligors 35-200 and 70-220.
And then a Tokina 4/80-200, a Tamron 3.5/70-210 or the Tamron 60-300 show that zoom lens are not automatically bad, just because they are zoom lenses. Wink

Kiron 28-85
Kiron 75-150
Nikkor 50-135

They are all great lenses.
