What kind of cameras this lens can be used with?

A Russian lens for 16mm cine format.
With proper adapter one could try it on micro 4/3, with vigneting to be expected.

It definitely covers more than 16mm frame, cause when I attached it to FED3:

It almost covered half 35mm frame:

Working distance less than Canon EF, but more than M39 RF(but can be easily adjusted to it).

I think it's for Konvas 1KCP-1M movie cameras (OCT18 mount) and therefore it covers the 35mm cine format so it should be ok for half frame and equivalent size sensors.
