Hansa enlargers are also sold as Spiratone, Prinz,... no clue who really made them.
I expect the lenses to be rather simple Tessars or Triplets. They might deliver good/nice results but most likely only within their magnification specifications (between 1:2 to 1:10 or something like that) and stopped down. If it's cheap and M39/LTM, you can go for it.

Otherwise wait for 6-element enlarger lenses like Rodagon 105mm, Componon 100mm,... or similar in focal length - they are working best for macros as far as I know. Check forum search engine for "Componon" and "Rodagon" etc.

Be careful, sometimes these lenses have mounts like M32,5, M27,5,... and adapters for these are often hard to find and partially very expensive! Always look for M39 lenses (M39-M42 adapters for bellows etc. are easily available and dirt cheap) or expect some DIY work.

Well... I didn't say they're "junk" Wink I've also achieved pretty good results even from very basic enlarger lenses when stopped down to F8-F11. 6 element enlarger lenses by big brands are generally much better though.

They will be medium format lenses so the image circle will be relatively big. You are likely to get pretty good results from the centre and if you stop down to f8 it will be very acceptable. I'd get at least the 105mm as it is fairly uncommon and would be very expensive in a better brand.

Go for it and try it!
