I think the model numbers of these are:
SP 70-210mm f3.5-4, 19AH (very highly regarded)
70-210mm f3.8-4, 46A
85-210mm f4.5 Z210 or one of its descendants (CZ210m & QZ 210m) all of which are adaptall 1
SP 300 mm f5.5, CT-300 (another adaptall 1)
Close-Focus 135mm f2.5, 03B
SP 500mm f8 Mirror lens 55B or 55BB
I've found several adaptall lenses to have similar specs yet multiple model numbers.
My own collection is more numerous but sadly not in nearly such good condition
My adaptalls are:
01F SP 2x teleconverter
two 04B 200mm/3.5
9A 35-70mm/3.5-4.2
17A 35-70mm/3.5
44A 28-70mm/3.5-4.5
52BB SP90/2.5 macro
54B 300mm/5.6 telemacro
Two 103A 80-210mm/3.8-4
Two QZ35m 35-80mm/2.8-3.5
QZ-210m 85-210mm/4.5
along with a big pile of mounts
I believe @cooltouch has one of the lenses I've been particularly keen to locate the 60B (or 360B) (SP300/2. the others I can't quickly identify. His collection definitely has me at risk of dribbling so I won't look too carefully. |

Okay, just so's you know, first of all, I've been a fan of Tamron lenses since the mid-1980s, when I bought my first SP 60-300 (I've owned three, currently own two). I followed that up a couple years later with the 90mm macro, which I still own. Several of the nice lenses in my stash took me quite a while to obtain because I was patient and shopped around quite a bit before I finally bought an item. My most expensive examples are all a result of patience, and it saved me a lot. _________________ Michael

I believe it was from http://www.tremyfoel.co.uk/photography/Adaptall/TamronAdaptallList2.html (which seems to have disappeared ) that I got the comment I'd saved
".. best telephoto zoom ever designed.. Vivitar series one beater!"
Excessive weight can certainly make the best performing lenses less attractive. |

I think the leftmost is 52A, like my lens is? (cheked that)

Excuse me, but you've incorrectly identified a lens. The SP 70-210mm f/3.5-4, first appearing in 1979, is the 52A. The 70-210 that generally receives high praise is the constant aperture f/3.5 one, the 19AH, which appeared in 1984. Also, the earlier model is a two-ring design, where the later one is a push-pull design.
I own a 19AH and to be completely honest, I like my 23A 60-300/3.8-5.4 better. According to the Modern Photography tests at Adaptall-2.com, it's resolution and contrast numbers at 300mm are slightly better than the 19AH's numbers at 210mm. Yes, it's almost a stop and a half slower at 300mm, but so are most 300mm zooms. Besides, the 23A operates best when stopped down -- as do most zooms. _________________ Michael
