Early lens, 1958-66. Aperture is stuck wide open, sadly.

That's worth fixing. I have two Rokkor 100's, the 2.5 and the fat boy 3.5 Macro, and I really can't justify getting more lenses in the 100mm range simply because these two are so good.
I don't about the Rokkors, but it is often the case that the slower lens is better, whatever...that lens isn't a dog. It's worth fixing.

I really like the character of this lens. It's not the sharpest and it has a bit of CA, but overall, the character is really nice. I have a Hexanon 2.8/100 of a similar age in much better condition that is sharper, but has less character. I also have an older Ross Xpres 4/100 that can be stunning. I have some others in the 90-105 range too, and all of them are good.

I'll have to get this one fixed sometime.
