OK, my new lens at christmas Very Happy . A bit heavy for 180 mm but not bad.

Here the first test-picture .

I hope that the weather is in the next days so nice at today, so that i can take some pictures more and than with tripod (a bit better for my arms Very Happy ).

The area is a bit difficult by this lens i think. My best results lies between a range from 3-6 m. But this must not be an problem with the lens, it could be also a problem from the viewfinder of the cam. The viewfinder of the 400D is a bit small.

Thanks. This is really not bad!

We again see that calculating decent tele lenses is much easier than designing very good super wide angles (eps. for SLRs)!
