I've found this flash on the storage , it's got a dryfit A200 battery inside ,empty of course but I have no charger.
I am looking forward to do same that guy did on that post, before buying anything, is there anyway to test the flash see if it's working?
Or any way to recharge the dryfit battery with an external charger ? What kind should it be? I have plenty of chargers around, but not sure which one should I use |

The A200 battery is probably dead; cannot accept charge. Measure the voltage with a meter. Some voltage means the battery may accept a charge. Use jumper leads to connect to an 8.4V Li-ion battery charger, used by many cameras.

I've measured old battery and has no voltage at all, dies that mean that is dead or still be able to charge? I do have some chargers different voltages , I would peel of part of insulation on the cables and connect to the battery, how would I know which one is the + and the - ? |

If you're planning to use it if its OK, beware of the trigger voltage. These are <<reportedly>> 21v which may be a little too high for your camera. Charge it and measure it across the terminals with a digital volt meter before you use it.
