Yesterday I received a macro LED ring "flash" from HK... but soon after 5min of usage it went "kaput"... one side of the ring was always lit (only removing batteries turned it off), so I tweaked it a little and lost the ability to "flash" and ability to choose L and R side of the ring and I messed with contacts so now there are none Smile I think it's not TTL capable anyway sooo..... here's the "flesh" and couple of samples

PS the price was/is 39,90$ / 28€ Wink
more samples coming soon

I think, despite being "defective" it's still a very good price





it's not for portraits because the ring shines like hell Wink

It doesn't look bad.
Can you modify the output? f-stops?

the power of the led can be modified yes... I have it on max.
