When wil we see a DSLR with an eSATA interface, I wonder. (Think, 10 times faster than Lexar UDMA cards). This rugged portable drive looks like an interesting option for photojournalists, war reporting, nature safari etc. (Its actually aimed at HD video capture).

If it truly is durable, it will expensive as.

though i can see uses if it is that durable though.

Normally if you drop or give a decent knock to a hard drive while its spinning, its completely stuffed.

Learned that the hard way Sad
