A lens from woodrim I received yesterday. He relayed it from Europe.
Made in Polland. Petzval design I think.
Soft at wide open.

it's not bad at all.
The first one, and the BW, are very nice.
I guess it is at best in dim light. Fast lenses don't like bright light scenes Smile

Absolutely, indirect and even lighting. I do see some sharpness in some pictures, so focusing is obviously critical. The B&W photo shows an interesting rendering. Thanks for paving the way on this one IAZA.

agreed...not for all condition lens. it's fun for certain situation.

@yusuf..sometimes softness is fun Smile

@Michael, the sharp part was shot with paper card as aperture. so it's like F4-5,6 or so

update..
I used lens turbo and nex this time.
and no aperture added.
let's see

and 100% crop of talon, I was focusing on head actually, but it moved.
no sharpening
