London at night with a Hasselblad

Visited London with a few members of Brentwood Photographic Club. I took my 2002 Hasselblad 501CM loaded three backs with various films to finish up -- in one A16 I had 2002 dated Fuji NPC 160 and in another I had 1999 dated Fuji Velvia 50 -- I processed teh NPC 160 in C41 but the Velvia is not processed yet as I do not do E6. I scanned with an old Epson 1650 flatbed, Vuescan Pro and PhotoShop 7 Exposures were 'Guessed' by experience. I used a Slik 88 tripod.

Hi Pete,

Those are great captures on the outdated film and it's stunning that you've nailed exposure basing on your experience. That's something I would love to achieve, but have a lot to learn in that matter. The highlights are not lost, the mid-shadows are visible as should be, blacks are black... seriously Pete, you're a show off Wink

The only thing that spoils a little bit, otherwise perfect captures, is that there's problem with level = horizon not being straight horizontal.
I'm waiting impatiently to see Velvia scans as well.
