Thanks guys!

I am pretty happy with these photos the lens+camera made Smile

Would be nice to see how it renders a portrait. But I am more of a flower guy...

As espected gets quite a bit soft and unsharp when used at FF camera, as it was designed
for a 35mm cine film format (this is NOT 24x36mm, but 16x22mm), as seen easily on the
wall picture.

This one has the Planar scheme, so is pretty sharp and has suficcient contrast.

Great for centered objects/subjects like flowers or portraits and even better on a crop sensor.

Btw. I think the white balance used was not optimized for these light conditions, is is too
blueish/greenish, so there is more potential in it....

I have the same lens type, my results may be seen here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/kds315/albums/72157644011296955
(I don't like hijacking threads, so only link given)

What are the first two digits of your serial number Sigurd, to find out when it was made?

Very nice pics in your link!

I used AWB to have the white balance set. Could be that the light is influenced by the super green garden with a orange ceiling covering part of the veranda where I took most photos or the green parasol above the bottle.

What is your manufacturing year?

Yes, of course, I had guessed you use AWB - this has a tendency to reflect such situations (under trees etc.)
I try to shoot using a fixed preset and not one that changes from shot to shot which AWB does.

Not sure about mine, most likely quite older that 1991
