Leica's samples are all 12MP and as they come from the 5D, no change has been made. The dirt is from the sensor, yes I still haven't cleaned it yet Embarassed

It's pretty sharp, has creamy bokeh if background is not too busy and has the legendary neutr color tone of Leicas.

I have the first model of this lens, paid pennies ($40)...
Just got the hood and cap (another $10).. will use more in future... its very nice lens, although less contrasty to CZJ Flek 35mm f2.4.

I have the 2CAM version and work great via adaptor to any camera mount. We don't need to use 3CAM if we don't plan to use in Leica R8-R9. Laughing
