Indeed a nice shot.
Strangely I can't get friends with mine, and I've had two. And yes I am talking about the lens . While the 135/3.2 and the 300/4.5 shines, the hexanon 200s just isn't there. My /3.5 is quite soft wide open but stopped down it's sharper than the /4 version. It has nice color and contrast though. Just sharpness gone missing. _________________ "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars."

may be it's because of a different version of the lens... thanks.

Attila, I'm not too good in Konica lenses differences, all I know it's an EE version , serial # is 7473540.
thanks. |

Going by the serial number, it's probably the early EE variation for AR bayonet chrome ring with rubber focusing ring (per this website: http://www.buhla.de/Foto/Konica/Objektive/e200_35.html). |

My 200/3.5 is a 3.5 - 16 AE and my 200/4 is 4 - 22 AE version. Maybe it's a bad lens/camera combination I have. I will keep them for future camera bodys to come. _________________ "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars."
