Someone asked the weight -- a hefty 19 ounces.

It takes 62mm filters.

I got mine for $120 in 2004 on eBay. Came with M42 Unidapter mount, had to buy the 135/2.8 to get Exakta Unidapter mount. (That only cost $13.)
