Judging by the beauty of these images, it isn't JUST the lens though...the photographers are showing some excellent work.
It kinda makes me think twice when looking at some modern super-Canon EF Mark XIV, IS, ER, Photon Forty, L-Quality, anti-abberration lens....and then looking at the results from the Industar 50 worth about $10 or so.

And Carsten - I think there is a neat video adventure-type game that uses Marburg as a backdrop for parts of it....called Syberia or something like that.

Mine is the black one as well, piticu. The lens looks DWARFED by the big Nikon...but you know what? Just look at it a little while, and it looks pretty damned cool if you ask me.
