Can anyone identify the mount on this Soligor 80-200mm? I think it is a Minolta SR mount.....

Its a very dusty Minolta SR, as you surmised.

Thanks. I was helping out a friend who didn't know what mount it was.

Is that by any chance a T4 mount?

If so, is there a T4 adapter to fit Cannon EOS?

No.
AFAIK there is no Soligor 80-200 with t4

The T4 mounts that can be adapted to EOS are m42, Nikon, exakta (maybe)

Your lens is Konica Auto Reflex mount. Easily confused with Minolta SR.
