I would say the lens is definitely a keeper! Hummm, there's Hamimex?
I was looking at an ebay sale for Hanimex:

The lens looks like new! Handsome combo, the Pentax has got to be
one of the coolest looking DSLRs, even more (God forbid) than the
Nikons. Has a nice generous right hand grip, too, bet it handles nicely.

Hanimex lenses can be really good, but you have to try the copy, because you can also get a lemon.
Congratulations if you got a good one.

I've got a Hanimex Automatic 3.5/23 which is OK (but not great) and a Hanimex Tele-Lens 4/100 which is much better then I expected.
