i have not tested all lenses, but the 35/2.8 worked fine and could do infinite focus.

As I understand it, infinity focus is not really a problem with crop-sensor canon bodies, it is the full frame bodies where you are more likely to run into problems with the (larger) mirror, so you couldn't say for sure that because a 35mm lens works OK on a crop sensor it will also work on a full-frame sensor. They are not comparable.

Assuming an Exakta lens and that the rear lens element does not hit the mirror, there should not be an infinite focus issue for both crop and FF bodies.

I got one of these adapters (with chip) from alex alnd it works fine, even on infinity issue.

I use 2 topcor lenses (50mm F1.4 and 200mm F5.6) with 350D/400D body.

The only con is the little screw on the back of the adapter, that I have to pinch every time I want to change lens.

João Pelica

I bought similar adapter recently and I am having mirror clearance issues on 5D Mk II. Did you try to see if this one works?
