What about the lighting do you think could be improved? More even, less shadows?

Also seems a bit harsh. Highlights seem blown out IMHO.

These LED lights have three different temperature LEDs, so the spectrum should be quite broad, I can try diffusing them more but bear in mind, the subjects where the highlights are pronounced are shiny surfaces.
