The web application on this website http://stats.ghusse.com/ pulls EXIF data statistics from your Flickr photostream. It's quite fast, as it processes about 1 Flickr image per second.

Here's what I learned from my Flickr blog uploads (1175 photos in the stream)

Focal length used, top 3 most popular
1. 50mm
2. 85mm
3. 28mm and 135mm (draw)

Zooms have not changed my brain, I see a tendency for favoring classic focal lengths despite using zooms a lot.

Aperture used, top 3 most popular
1. f/8
2. f/5.6
3. f/2.8

If I filter to 50mm and 85mm only most popular aperture becomes f/2, f/2.8 and f/5.6. The wider the focal length used, the smaller the aperture on average - logical.

ISO sensitivity used, top 3 most popular
1. ISO 200
2. ISO 100
3. ISO 800

Exposure times used
Peaks at 1/125s, gauss curve is 1/20s to 1/800s

Exposure mode used
Manual is about 65%, aperture priority 25%, rest shutter and a handful of auto mode.

Camera used
No surprise here Nikon D3, D2x, D70 and Nikon scanners, what I own.
