Disassembling and repair CZJ 180mm F2.8 aus Jena version

Hi to everybody!

I've found this ZJ 180mm F2.8 my father bought years ago.
I suppose it is an imported version. I have dismounted and cleaned all the lenses/glasses.
Now I have a problem and I couldn't find any hint for this version; I need to adjust the ring of aperture: it turns free, loosely,apparently disconnected from the aperture itself; it turns everywhere but where it has to turn.
Looking properly there is no screw in the hole on the ring.
Furthermore, the blades are fixed on 2.8.

Besides all, I'm not able to disassemble the 180 Sonnar housing (rear part): there are not visible screws to unfasten.

How to fix all the problems?

I had, dismantled and fixed ( read sticky diaphragm, relube helicoid) the Zebra version. Easy to dismantle from the mount as well as from the front.
From the front, remove the name plate. A pair of rubber gloves would do it.
Then you'll see what is underneath.

Thanks for the hints but, I have to tell you, it doesn't work exactly like you say.
I did the following but, at the end, I was not able to repair the outer ring.

Here the steps I followed.

To access the front element, at first the name ring must be removed.

Name ring removed, now it's time for the front element: this is a group! With a spanner wrench, I have rotated the group (it turns in counter-clockwise sense) and now the group is free.

Then it's time for the retaining ring for front element: the ring turns in counter-clockwise sense

The actual front view: with the blue arrow the level of blades locked. I don't know how to proceed:

Finally, I have tried to disassemble the rear: 4 screw retain the mount;

Now I have to remove another ring of rear element; next I have to rotate the rear element with a spanner wrench; (with the lower left orange arrow) I removed also a micro screw:

as visible in the next shots the aperture ring doesn't go in the right position (as described in my previous post); it is visible also the hole in the aperture ring.

Nope, I don't have any further hints.
As a side note, I never touched the optic elements with bare hands. Rubber/cotton gloves always.
I didn't even breath over the internal optic. I wore a mask.

Hi skipper,

I have the same "diamond" version as you (apparently a little more recent, nr. 7206067, "Carl Zeiss Jena"), and found this post while searching for disassembly information.

The next easy step for you is to unscrew the ring that keeps the tripod collar ring in place. It is the ring with the micro screw you removed. You can just grab it and unscrew it. The tripod ring slides just off and there are a few more screws to remove the next ring and also the aperture ring, which also slides off (be aware of the spring and "aperture click" ball!!!).
