I have a 180mm Sonnar. The performance on an a7 wasn't too impressive. But it probably works better on 6x6 film.
I compared it with a Mamiya A 150mm 2.8 645 lens and that one is really good on digital, much better.

I can't comment on the CZJ 2.8/200mm, but i have both the older CZJ 2.8/180mm (around 1950, for 24x36mm) and the "newer" version for the Pntacon six (around 1965).
The (older) computation for 24x36mm is rather soft, but has lots of detail wide open. I also has a fair amount of longitudinal CAs (purple fringing). For color landscapes on 24MP FF i really prefer AD/ED/UD lenses such as the Minolta AF 2.8/200mm APO or the ED Nikkor 2.8/180mm. For b/w portraits, however, the Sonnar 2.8/180mm is a really nice lens. I have adapted one to us it on my Sony A900, and the combo looks and works really well
