Just a couple of shots from a test roll which I liked to try out some rodinal.

This was Neopan 400 with 1:50 dilution. Camera was Chinon CE-3 with CZJ 135mm. Sunpak auto 140 flash.

nice results, #1 maybe got too much flash and burnt
#2 is a interesting composition with strong elements

Very nice contrast. I like high-contrast B&W films. The grain is quite noticeable, but not intrusive. It gives the images a more elemental or primeval feel, I guess. Which I also like.

I've never shot with Neopan before. I'll have to give some a try.

I like both of these, great results, and looks like the episode with the
tree pic is in the rear view mirror! Just curious if those are belts of yours
wrapped around the fence post. Kidding. A little more flash diffusion
would have helped number one, but like it the way it is.

Congrats on the dev! I'll be dev'n like Bevin tonight, myself: Arista
Premium 400.

Nice old look on the 2nd. How do you like Rodinal ?

Thanks for the commens. I agree that the flash may be a bit harsh, but as it was just a test of the Rodinal I wasn't expecting anything.

Hexi - Yes, I'm liking Rodinal. It is sharper than Ilfosol and I can't see that much more grain and this was shot at 400 iso instead of 125. I just need to fine-tune my developing.
