if sharpness is very bourgois concept (false, and silly..... sharpness is only sharpness, not ever necessary
but sometimes useful), then this is a very bourgois image. Wink

At the original image directly from RAW it is even more incredible. I mean the sharpness. And it is completely rectilinear!
It has to be much better on the FF. Unfortunately I don’t have yet the mirrorless FF, but the lens has very short distance to the film plane.
People assert that it covers even 6x6 format. Maybe I will try to adopt it for my Mamiya 645. However, it might be used only with the locked mirror. And I am not certain that it would work.
Maybe better would be to put it on the TLR Mamiya. With the attachable viewfinder.

Yes, very sharp and contrasty indeed, as one woudl expect from a lens used to make microfiches of documents. It was used on the GDR DOKUMAR system as well as its 47mm sister lens.
