Hi to all..

We'd been waiting for this moment for months!!!!

It has come over here at last!!!!

Since Robert (technician) has done the conversion in the JULY this year, the lens had been on a trip for 3 months.

It has been tested on APS-C sensor and it's being tested on full frame camera now - EOS 5D Mark II.

Here's the lens:

Would you like to see some samples? Cool

Well, I had to promise 2 people to give it for testing!! Smile

It wasn't postal delay -- the lens was in good hands and I am sure that the APS-C sensor works fine!

Thanks to all!!

This lens is a real gem and Robert converted it perfectly.

Firstly, we set the price for the conversion at 150 EUR including shipping within EU.

We have changed the strategy to this:

120 EUR + shipping. Cool

---

Just a few words to the infinity and final calibration -
It's not possible to avoid mirror shaving when keeping the infinity focus.
The rear glass in in the fixed position and its role is more than important -- it can not be taken out of the lens group (floating element)

EOS digital cameras with APS-C sensors DON'T HAVE any problem with using it:

Canon EOS APS-C sensors:
1 - INFINITY FOCUS - YES
2 - THE MIRROR is FREE when moving up. There's not any collision between the mirror and the rear part of the lens.

EOS 5D, *5D Mark II - option A
1 - INFINITY - YES
2 - THE MIRROR should be shaved
(* - USING in LiveView mode on 5D Mark II -- possible - but the lens must be mounted BEFORE the mirror locks up)

EOS 5D, 5D Mark II - option B
1 - INFINITY - NO
2 - MIRROR doesn't have to be shaved

We know this looks strange but APS-C sensors win in this case.

We haven't done a test on 1Ds Mark III . But I must do so shortly.

Examples coming soon...
