I got this lens cap and I am wondering if this is for a Canon 50mm f/0.95. Inner diameter is 75 mm, outer diameter is 78.5 mm.

Can anyone confirm?

Canon lists the filter diameter as 72mm https://global.canon/en/c-museum/product/s43.html
Add 1.5mm to the radius for the thickness of the filter ring an we're at 75mm.
So it could definitely be it.

Yes- the measurements match my 50/0.95 Canon, just checked it.
