Yesterday evening some balloons started in the middle of my hometown, ofcourse I took my old Leitz Telyt 400 to take some pix of them:

The image quality of this lens is always awesome. I like #1 due to the uncommon perspective.

Lovely shots. I put up 125 hours in hot-air ballooning 25 years ago and considered getting my pilot's license and own balloon. I am glad I did not, but they remain beautiful and majestic - until the one you are crewing for lands in a Louisiana swamp, and must be gotten out by hand ... Shocked
