Is there anybody here using Sony NEX with adapter to use MF lenses?
It seems to be a useful tool.
The price for the NEX3, body only, is below 300 €.
Any real life experiences?
Is the menu a problem?

Haven't got the adapters yet.
but the camera seems OK

First you need to enable 'Release w/o Lens' in Setup.

The 'MF Assist' soft button appears when you remove the Sony lens.
If you press it, it cycles between 7x and 14x zoom of the lifeview.

Overall the menu is quite OK .. everything can be accessed in 2-3 clicks,

The settings are distributed between 3 categories 'Image size' , 'Camera settings', 'Brightness/contrast' and it is not always obvious which is where.
For example iso, exp comp, metering and white balance are under 'Brightness/Color' and Drive mode and AF/MF under 'Camera settings'.

There are shortcuts currently (with the arrows) for exposure compensation , flash, drive mode and display info.

BR,
Stefan

Thanks!
I have read that there will be a firmware update in mid October that enabels one to assign ISO etc to the soft keys.
