These pictures i shot with Helios 58mm and some sigma zoom through russian anamorphic converter which was on cine projector.

Wow what a huge beast, but the results are amazingly good! I had
posted a few picture here using a german anamorphotic lens, a ISCO
made ISCORAMA which has a built in 2.8/50mm lens.

Built in 50/2.8? Wow! Than it should be a cool lens Smile
This russian peace of pipeline works with lenses from 80 to 140mm.

That ISCORAMA also allows to rotate the axis of compression, so also vertical shots are possible:

That lens type got quite forgotten for many years, when with the upcoming film abilities of
modern DSLRs and the Panasonic GH1 etc. amateur filmers re-discovered that lens.
I had mine for many years already and used them from time to time for one-shot panos.
