Hi guys

According to you, what would be a good M42 macro alternative to Canon EF 100 f2.8 macro lens ?

This EF lens is known to be very good and sharp.

Thanks.

I'm also interested ... what about the sigma 100mm f2,8 in m42 mount ?

Kiron 100m macro lenses ? Wink

Also Tamron SP 90/2.5 (but 1:2 only without teleconverter / macro tube)

Or a Panagor 90/2.8 (click)...

I can certainly endorse:

Tamron SP 90/2.5 macro
Vivitar Ser1 90/2.5 with adapter for 1:1
Vivitar Ser1 100/2.5
Tokina 90/2.5 (now rare but very desirable)

There is a wealth of great macro lenses in this range.
