Bought from an online dealer that specialises in so-so quality lenses and sells them on cheap, bought these 2 for next to nothing (about as much as I know about them too)!

Photax Paragon 28mm f2.8

Horrible soft wide open, but not too bad once stopped down a bit;

Number 2...Schacht Travenon 135mm f4.5...looks like a battered baked bean tin thats had a family of mice living in it! Goodness knows where it's been, but it's been well abused and the inside element was covered in god-knows-what before I gave it a clean...and those aperture blades are a thing of beauty!

The optics are now clean, and although it's fairly sharp when stopped down slightly, the contrast lets it down a bit and needs a boost in photochop (as i have done with these);

As I have an interest in cheap, almost "disposable" lenses, can I get a link to your dealer?.

Love the aperture blades, it's like a mini 300/4.

You forgot to select "Auto color" in Photoshop for the last three...I copied one over and did just that and it looked VG. Wink
