I saw on Ebay this cameras looks Holga level to me.

You can find Yashica 635's on eBay that have a 35mm insert so as to be able to shoot 35mm film...My question is, why would someone want a TLR style camera to shoot 35mm ?

Yashica 635 is a good way to shoot portraits in 35 mm. My father used it in this form. And had the 120 format too. The lens was the yashikor (not the better yashinon).
