That's interesting! Looks like Cosinon I tested here. A very decent overall image quality and some light glow when pixel peeping.

I was testing out the Tokina RMC 24mm/F2.8 on my D850 the other weekend. Tiny lens. It exceeded my expectations. This picture has been resized and compressed so it's now showing you fully what this lens can do:

The same lens can also be found as a Hoya HMC 24mm f2.8.
