The first seller makes it look like it's long expired film:

Q: what are the use by dates please? also how has the film been stored? thanks Aug-06-08
A: They part of a large order bought from 7dayshop.com and as fresh stock back in April 2004. They have been kept in a dark camera bag in a wardrobe in a room which is dry, cool and unheated. I hope this helps. Regards Dave

The second one looks better Smile

Yes, the first seller didn't even directly answer the question, just stated when he bought it. My guess is it was expired when he got it.

If getting this just to experiment, newly expired film would be ok. If past the experiment stage, I would only use new film. Why leave the shot of a lifetime to chance on bad film. Just my opinion. Cool
