Biotar is a wonderful lens take it!
Fungus can be growing on any lenses even if you bought as fungus less, especially a humid country like yours. Take Pancolar and enjoy try to keep on direct sunlight for a few days I guess fungus will not growing anymore.
I strongly suggest Pancolar and Biotar.
