I got the vivitar ex-tube quite long ago but this is the only time i try to use it. And this is also the first time I find live-view feature is useful.

40D + flek + tube + image manipulation:

how is the Katzeye OptiBrite, are you happy with its precision and bokeh rendering ?
I don't use liveview, I get better result with viewfinder
I am not steady enough, liveview is only good with tripod.

@poilu: I have both Kateyez screen and AF confirm chip in my camera. Although the screen is quite accurate, I found that I don't use it as much as the AF confirm chip. Only when i shoot thing which isn't moving, i use split screen. I mostly do people/portrait where I can't easily find a line to make it align Embarassed I prefer the AF chip since I can confirm when I get the people eyes accurately focused.
