On Saturday went down to Toronto (T.O.) and dropped into Henry's Used Store after finding out how empty the pawnshops were Mad

They had a table of bins with sign - Lenses $50 each, 3 for $129.
After much rummaging I came up with 3 -
- Vivitar 28mm close focus wide angle ( I read that it was Komine made, by the SN)
- Sigma Zoom master 35-70mm f2.8~4
- Vivatar 35-200mm Macro Focusing Zoom f3~4.5
(2 had the origial prices on them the zooms the Vivatar originally 249.99, and the Sigma $99)
Also for $60 (full price Sad ) a Vivitar 2X macro focusing teleconverter.

A bonus was that there was also a clearance bin Smile so for $5 each I picked up
- a Magnicon (?) 35-70 f 3.5~4 zoom (I read that it might be a rebadged Tokina)
- an Ultra (?) zoom 80-200mm f4.5 , Confused This one is interesting because,
I think it was an old Tokina as it has the double ring with f-stops (like my Tokina SD)
And it has a seperate ring with a button that you depress to go from normal to macro Shocked Confused
At $5 each I thought these two would interesting to play with.

So if anyone has any neat info on these I'm all ears (or is that eyes because its written down? Confused )

Later I'll post pics of these acquisitions,
Jim

Can't wait to see pix of the lenses, Jim!

NICE buys, actually, or at least it seems like it. You just might find a real keeper in there somewhere!
