So I am making a serie of photos of my daughter in the playground. Ofcourse, it will be black and white. How does this conversion work for you? I have tried to make it filmlike.

(shot with Super Takumar 150mm f/4 with 12mm extension

EDIT: Wee was my 400th post. Bake me a cake.

I like it a lot, but I think a little dodging to lighten the face a little would add more impact.

Looks very good to me! How did you do it?

I like the bit of toning, and to me it's got good depth. Very pleasing.

I didn't see the face at first. I was immedately drawn the hand - and held there.

Nice shots. She is very cute. Too bad they don't stay little longer, I miss when my daughter was little and everything was new to her.

I prefer the last 2, pure gold
why do you need extension on the 150mm?

Don't need it. Get a bit shallower DOF, get a closer focus distance, slightly greater magnification, and a bit worse quality Very Happy. And completly unscientific I think it changes the bokeh a bit. It was more of an experiment then a need. Smile
