Sadly my friend and long time member of the forum Ian Greenhalgh has passed away today after a sudden illness.

Ian was a great man I liked him a lot. Life just unfair, he was too young to pass away. R.I.P dear my friend! Sad

It's really sad to hear that! Ian had some unique and interesting thoughts and knew a surprising amount about some great lenses barely anyone had ever considered worthy of trying, due to his curiosity and willingness to find stuff out himself!

R.I.P. Ian and Thanks for sharing your thoughts and knowledge!

He's probably finding more lesser known lenses and their abilities "up there" now.

I really enjoyed his older, and somewhat more recent posts. He will be missed here.
