No, I have never seen adapters for this until i found two lenses with mounted adapters on ebay. It looks like the adapters are as old as the lenses.
It's nice to be able to use Braun Paxette m39 lenses. I have bought a handful of them lately 
Back part is the adapter
I measured it to be ca 15.5mm extension and it matches perfect with the infinity focus

It's so soft it's unusable imho, I struggled to focus the damn thing because it never became sharp.

It is a portrait lens, soft skin, mmm
The Telexon is probably the softest of the Braun Paxette lenses
