Voigtlander Zoomar 2.8/36-82mm & Zeiss Softar I

I guess not a recommended combination but for me it is interesting.
I like to use soft focus lenses, old and antique lenses as well.
The Zoomar is a very special lens with a lot of distortion, even in the longest focus length.
You can see in this sample how it performs, good visible is the weird kind of sharp and not sharp areas. This is the result of distortion with the soft focus filter.

In this sample I used f/2.8

And the second sample, here f/5.6
I used a Nikon D700 with full frame sensor an 12MP only, this camera is a good choice in combination with old lenses.
