A popular film and for very good reasons. Three different camera/lens combinations:

Skida, have to check but think I took these in either 2008 or 2009 when I got
back into film. It was my first roll of KG100, and is one of my fave films. The
middle picture was actually taken with the Macro-Hexanon.

This is another roll of Kodak Gold 100, exp 2006 that I got from Moira.
All with the Kodak Signet 50, using the Watameter II as a focusing aid:

I have always put a roll of Kodak Gold through any new camera I suppose to give me a baseline comparison but also largely because it's a £1/roll.

Here then are a recent three:

Mamiya Auto Metra 2 which is locked at infinity focus. (I didn't know whether this was through intent or lack of maintenance and whilst I've just had it sent off for examination it was returned in the same state with a note saying "parts no longer available": I guess I'll cope

Have some from OOD gold, dev at the supermarket. I used gold (and anything else) mainly for checking lenses etc... I posted these before but dumb me have loads of folders with details on but on many of them had forgotten to put the film I was using down

Bill.....that's a very good advert for Kodak gold 100.

I wonder if anyone has bothered to test all the films on the same subject with same camera, lens, lab etc..... I can sorta compare OOD superia 200 with OOD Reala on holiday, so next year it would be interesting to take a roll of Agfa vista or Gold 100 with my usual Reala.... erm although the lenses would be different as it would be Canon and M42 or Hexanon and the shots could be mixed up...anyway I'll still do it

Those shots with the subdued greens probably aren't far from reality, Excal, and I like them a lot.

All of my shots were taken using "sunny 16" calculations and, if it is sunny, they will more than likely be f16 at 1/250th or f11 at 1/500th

Why does my FIRST one not 'come through' properly ? I have had the same trouble before on this site.
PS -- although the 100-300mm lens on last one is really an 'Auto-Focus' it does NOT WORK ( it was FREE with camera! ) so Manual.

I have still a LOT of outdated Kodak Gold 200 35mm in fridge - i used it for a trip to the 'Alresford Watercress Festival' in Hampshire, England with some Camera Club / Flickr Mates in my NIKON FE2 body bought off a Former Pro Club member before he moved away as it had 1/250th Flash Synch. I used 50mm f1.8 and 105mm f2.5 NIKKORS and a small SUNPAK flash

I drove by this farm for years, even took pics a few times of the rolls of hay and horses, barn etc.
The old man sold it and is now being converted into a sterile bunch of townhouses.

Anyway, last february we had snow and I went to take a last round of pictures with a Kiev 4A and a 1932 Sonnar 5cm.1,5 on Kodak Gold 400

I just noticed then that the shadow looked like a bird
