Just to start the week end with a bit of fun...

According to the description, this lens has a spider inside, can you spot it?

i don´t see it, but recently i bought a praktina and after opening the waist level finder, there was inside a pretty big(4-5mm) red orange bug like a tick , that was very weird, a good reason to check whatever we buy before leaving it around
should have taken a pic of it, but i decided to let it go

Spider is a translation error from fungus

Most likely.

Also, the little critters sometimes found inside cameras are almost certainly mites, not spiders.

Booklice are quite frequent inhabitant of vintage lenses and cameras:

Booklice are rarely damaging inside homes and are harmless to people or pets.
Booklice usually feed on molds, fungi, grains, insect fragments, and other starchy material, including glue from bookbindings.
In homes, psocids typically are found in damp, warm, undisturbed places where mold and fungi are growing.

This little bug*** was in my Cimko 135 / 2.8 for a long time, and removing it made no difference! Rolling Eyes
